/ Intro
The client needed to improve their digital presence. A time-sensitive, fast-paced project with tight deadlines. We analysed their situation and identified multiple opportunities and strategies to enhance their ability to reach new B2B leads and improve the user experience.
/ Task
Led revamping the website's new structure, improved the visual design, adapted user flows based on the user segment and optimised the content and forms. Provided guidance on enhancing content, images, and visuals to introduce a more modern feel and boost brand cohesiveness.
In addition to design-related work, we implemented SEO and Google Ads strategies to increase the website's visibility on search engines and attract the right target audience.
/ Results
Our actions had a positiv impact on their digital presence, leading to swift conversions and generating valuable leads. Identifying two key user segments – schools and caregivers – each with distinct needs, we implemented two tailored website views to ensure seamless experiences.
In the School view, we highlighted Sodexo's value proposition, which was previously absent, resulting in improved lead generation. Additionally, we introduced a business-oriented contact form to cater to sales inquiries. For caregivers, we emphasised Sodexo's operational approach and food quality. To improve communication, we established an accessible inquiry channel, which addressed a previous feedback challenge.
Acquiring food service and contracts can be a significant commitment, especially for smaller schools and private preschools. To make the decision-making process easier, we have introduced a new concept. Sodexo now offers complimentary test meals before finalizing the choices. This approach aims to lower the threshold for new potential clients and make it easier to initiate conversations. By providing free test meals, we hope clients can experience Sodexo's food service and make informed decisions. This way, they can be confident in their choice and feel assured they get the best service possible.
